Office Progress

I'm excited about the progress we've made in our office. We got rid of the previous desk we were using and moved the white one with drawers to the basement to be used in the playroom (a future project). We are now using the white desk/table I bought off Craigslist for only $10. You can read about that purchase here. We did the desk swap yesterday and I've started re-arranging and organizing the space. Remember that this room is also used as a guest room (we have a daybed) and a workout room (elliptical machine). However, it's primarily used as our office. Here are some photos of the space in progress:

• Add window treatments (either curtains or a valance)

While shopping at Home Goods today I came across these fabulous little bowls in a variety of colors. Only $3 each. I love using these to hold jewelry on my dresser or next to my bed. You can read about other ideas for jewelry storage here and here.

Luscious Liners

I really wish I had seen these fabulous chevron drawer liners before I did Ellie's dresser. I love these and they come in silver, gold, and pink. The silver would have been perfect. This may mean I have to search for something else I can use them with. :)
